A Brimington driver who was stopped by police was nearly three times over the legal drink-drive limit.

Derbyshire Polcie said: “Good information passed to us has resulted in this stop and the driver providing a 100ųg breath sample.

“That is nearly 3 times the legal limit.

“Don’t drink and drive.”
